Kosovo is not interested in dealing with European public policies when it comes to the integration of the Western Balkans.
Due to non-recognition by the five EU states, Kosovo, in a published research has been left out of predicting when it can achieve the criteria for EU membership, Koha Ditore writes today.
Tobias Bömightlta from the University of Esex in Great Britain and Tina Freyburg from St Gallen University in Switzerland have released research titled “Forecasting candidate countries' compliance with EU membership rules, 2017-50x1>.
It has also been published in the European Public Policy Journal (06/2017). Kosovo is not involved in the study because, reportedly, “non-recognition by the five EU countries, as well as lack of expected data”
