Rakiq again shows attitude towards the Kosovo Army, is what it warns

Serbian List Chairman Goran Rakic dismissed speculations and reiterated the party's unique stance that it would not support the formation of the Kosovo Army, adding that there are no more negotiations for the Association of Serbian municipalities whose formation is expected.

The Kosovo Army's “Funding requires constitutional changes, which require a two-thirds majority of minority community votes, and that the votes of all nine deputies will not be given, and therefore the move is destined to fail”, Rakic has said. /Indesksonline/
