Radosavlevq: The formation of FAK by bypassing the Constitution is unacceptable

Jovana Radosavljevic, executive director of the New Social Initiative in Northern Mitrovica, stressed that the bypassing of the Kosovo Constitution in terms of converting the KSF to the Armed Forces would be unacceptable and would send a negative message to all society.
