Prosecutor says the accused were found photos of bin Laden and Lavdrim Muharjer

The prosecutor Blakaj made this statement in his opening judgment speech, where Arben Livoreka and Nexhat Behluli are accused of joining a terrorist group.

“Photos that have been proposed for management related to Arben Livoreka extracted from his electronic devices will show what the same representative represented, and it will be seen as having photos of Lavdrim Mujarır, known as one of the Albanian leaders in Syria as well as Osama bin Laden”, prosecutor Blakaj said.

The prosecution's indictment alleges that Livorka has remained in Syria about eight months, during which time she has performed weapons exercises and then joined the organisation “Harausham” (“Ahrah al Shamx3>, which according to the prosecution acts under the organisation “Al-Nusra”

Similar claims are held against accused Nexhat Behluli.

According to the indictment, Behluli from “Adem Jashari” travelled to Istanbul, from where he travelled to Ankara and Hatay of Turkey, and from there by taxi has travelled to Syria's border, where he has illegally crossed the city of Idlib and joined the organisation “Al-Nusra”

Prosecutor Blakaj's data was rejected by lawyers of the accused who claim that in this case there is no evidence incriminating their defendants.

Everything fits in the indictment except for an interesting and unacceptable change, and I don't know where the prosecutor is based when he says my protector has not been attached to the group “Harausham”, but “Ahr al Sham”, said indictee Livoreka lawyer Muhammol.

The prosecutor's claims were also opposed by the Hedije Ademi lawyer protecting Nexhat Behlulin.

In this trial the issue of the terrorist group that joined Behluli's Livoreka is continuing to remain a mystery.

While prosecutor Blakaj in his opening address clarified how the organisation “Ahrr Al Sham” was the organisation that the accused joined, the defence attorney of Arben Livoreka, Muhamet Humolli, is claiming that his defender had joined the “Harausham”, formation that does not materialise on the list of terrorist organisations.

Prosecutor Elez Blakaj at the initial session of this case, which is now in the retrial, had fixed the indictment by replacing the organisation's name from “Harausham” at “Ahr al Sham8x3>, with the claim that this confusion had occurred because of translation.

Behluli and Livoreka had pleaded guilty to participation in terrorist groups under the unprecedented act, while B was not doing so. The IERN had discovered that in fact the organisation “forgot” did not figure anywhere on the list of terrorist organisations, related to this organisation, had preferred to silence even the security institutions in Kosovo.

The next session in this trial will be held on December 20th, when accused Nexhat Behluli presents his defense.

The other accused of this case, Arben Livoreka, has chosen to defend himself in silence.
