“There are always problems for various issues that we negotiate, which should be resolved, but there was a very positive atmosphere in discussions and genuine feelings that we want to progress together”, May stressed after leaving Brussels, where it was located at a European summit.

Earlier British Prime Minister Theresa May insisted that London and the EU should advance together in the Brex negotiations.

“Negotiations continue, but I want to be clear about the fact that we have to advance together”, May said after arriving in Brussels, ahead of the media.

The “simultaneously belongs both to Great Britain and the EU to move to the next phase of negotiations”, May insisted.

Theresa May arrived in the Belgian capital today under a summit between the EU and countries of the former Soviet Union.
