Kosovo police have only implemented the Constitutional Court's ordinance in Pristina, which was issued on 13 October for Albin Kurti to be sent to the 22 October session.
But the same could not be accomplished because Kurt was not in his apartment near City Park.
“Conform legal obligation and responsibility to carry out this ordinance, police have sent a police patrol unit to look for the person in the address and other details given, but has not met on him”, Police spokesperson for the Pristina region Agron Borovci told Kosova.
According to Borovci, police will announce the Court before the start of the session, and then remain at the tribunal's competence of further actions.
Otherwise, the session for Vetevendosje deputies accused of throwing tear gas into the Kosovo Assembly has been postponed since Kurti, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi and Albulen Haxhiu have not appeared in court.
Justice Becir Kaluldra has issued orders to arrest Kurti, Caday-Buyup and Haxhiu at the hearing.
