Vetevendosje MP Glauk Konjufca says they will complain at the Court of Appeals about this decision.
“Determination will also address the Appeals Court”, Conjufca said at the Info Magazine of Kosovo.
“Appel takes into account the validity of the evidence I believe Apel will bring down this scandalous and unfounded decision. I am convinced that Apel will not find any evidence related to”, he said.
Konjufca has said this decision is intentional.
“Why just two days before the runoff, normally to hurt Vetevendosje. But we're going to get closer to these cases because we're used to imprisonment, murder, and persecution. This power that is based on crime and corruption fights Vetevendosje Movement to destroy”, he said.
Konjufca, has accused then Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and then-Parliamentary Kadri Veselina of having invented and mounted an opportunity to hit Vetevendosje Movement.
Konjuca told them after the Constitutional Court's decision to convict four Vetevendosje Movement activists for the attack on the Assembly.
