According to the Police report, the incident began because of a beigi, which was orange, corresponding to past elections.
Even the CEC has called for not being allowed to remain at the polls by observers who own orange bejats.
Centre for Voter at School Centre “11 Marsi” in Prizren, Enver Bytyqi said that in co-operation with the Police they would not allow any incidents or clashes to occur. /21Media
