He has said in KTV that conditional votes would determine the final outcome for Prizren as well.
He said that despite expectations and work done, today's “result has not been an expected” result.
“At the site where the PDK will lead will have welfare for citizens”, he said.
Tahiri has said the PDK has won 6 municipalities, adding that it expects the PDK to rule with Prizren as well.
