The Democratic Party of Kosovo continues to take the same stand for demarcation as it had declared ahead of the June 11th elections.
Kosovo Assembly MP from PDK ranks Hajdar Beqa has told Insider that his party's position remains what it was.
We currently have the position behind us for demarcation, but until we have a new commission, we must wait for their report”, Beqa said.
He has added, that he will support all those versions that are argumentable, sustainable and in the interest of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
While, in terms of partnership with the AAK, the MP has said the demarcation does not undermine coalition reports.
“No partnership with AAK breaks down, as we will ultimately defend it as a coalition government, both PDK and AAK, and all other subjects that are co-governing with us.”
We also agree that if no agreement is reached, going to arbitration and other mechanisms of justice with the sole purpose of not losing any land, Beqa has said.
On Monday, the Commission for the Border with chairmanship Bulqim appointed by Haradinaj after dismissing former Prime Minister Murat Meha. The commission presented some facts that, according to them, indicate violations the previous commission has committed as it promised it would come up with new facts, but did not show whether they would reject the agreement Hashim Thaci has signed on the quality of the former foreign minister and deputy prime minister. Thaci was also president at the time PDK.
