The defendant A.A. has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences during the 6 (sixth) years”.

The accused E.H. has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences of 5 (five) years of 6 (six) months.

According to the court, the convicts will also be accounted for in the house arrest.
The court found that accused A.A., F. K, E.H. and A. B, operating in groups and with separate roles since mid-July 2016, had prepared and planned feasibility action in the direction of the conduct of the criminal act of assault on the Kosovo Republic's Assembly object”, the court communiqué said.
The sides are eligible for complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
