Observers smoke as in oda (Video)

KALLXO.com teams engaged in monitoring elections have identified improper behaviour of observers and election commissioners in school environments.

These are shots fired at the “11 Marsi” technical school in Prizren, and elections personnel are seen smoking in the school corridors.

Other photos from the school “Emin Duraku” in Kacanik speak of disrespecting the tobacco law at this polling station.

Another picture shows that tobacco has been consumed at polling stations in the municipality of Obilic.
