Mustafa: Berlin process testifies to full recognition of Kosovo state

He said that the Berlin Process of Western Balkan countries “, which outlines the Berlin process, has argued that the Berlin process has contributed to the development of Western Balkan countries, encouraging these developing infrastructure countries.
“As a result of this process, countries in the region have begun co-operating in the economic sector. For Kosovo, the European economic market remains our goal. We have come to the conclusion that this process has contributed to the shift of Western Balkan countries, where the path of conflict has turned into a path of understanding and co-operation. The Berlin process has witnessed full recognition of the state of Kosovo, as Kosovo has been treated the same as other countries”, he said.
Economist Sokol Havolli, who presented the Berlin Process of Western Balkan countries “, stressed that the Berlin process is aimed at facilitating doing business, creating conditions for free movement and the digital market.
According to him, by means of the energy treaty, this feature included the construction of regulation and energy markets. Havolly stressed that several investment projects, which are direct investments of Balkan countries, are involved.
Former Energy Minister Justina Shirika Pula said that the Republic of Kosovo has since the war made significant steps towards harmonising the legislature and energy sector regulations with EC directives.
She stressed that KEK's fault, as the only vertically integrated operator, is a very important process and comes from the first and second directive.
