Works on the search for the remains of undiscovered persons in Gjakova have been interrupted due to the worsening weather.
Lowering temperatures has influenced the search for mortar remains in an area of Gjakova allegedly buried by recent war.
News of the work cuts confirmed for KALLXO.com Education Gerjaliu, director of the Institute of Legal Medicine.
Gerxhaliu indicated that with temperatures declining, access is difficult to where human bones are thought to have.
“After all likelihood of this drop in temperature, I don't believe we will be able to approach the country until the improvement of time, perhaps even until spring”, Gerjaliu said.
Mortore remains of at least three people have been found in an exit location in Gjakova, near the industrial zone on its way to Prizren.
