A review of the Mogul Project presented Charles Moore on April 24, 1949.
Moore's survey was written in an article of a famous type of LIFE magazine in 1952 and in an article of TRUE Magazine in 1950 by Commander Robert B. McLaughlin, head of the White Sands Marine Missile Programme, (which no doubt claimed that flying disks that were powered by White Sands staff, including himself, were not only real but were of alien origin), reports “Locking”, Transmission Periscope.
The least - known example dates back to late August 1947, about six weeks after Roswell's events. (The report met from AFB's Project SIGN in 1948.) The Witness noticed an object that traveled at high speed and inexplicable circumstances.

A further irony of this witness's report is that the Air Force tried to crack it down as a false “radar target” caught through the radar, although it was a visual vision, rather than a radar vision./Periscopi/
