Matoshi: There is no recognition, scandal if Suriname did that

Kosovo Government Information Office chief Halil Matoshi says if Suriname has withdrawn recognition of the Republic of Kosovo, international law experts should be involved in the matter.

Matoshi says that international law does not recognise the concept of recognizing a state that has previously recognised it, even in case recognition has taken place, he considers it an international scandal.

He has continued to deny that Kosovo has received an announcement to withdraw recognition of Kosovo's independence.
