Chief State Prosecutor Alexander Lumezi has provided a confirmation by former District Secretary of Administration and Judicature Djordje Aksic, who was appointed to this position during the time of violent measures following the expulsion of Albanian workers.
Through this document confirmed by notary in Serbia's Belgrade, Akek claims the signing of Lumez's certificate is his.
During the report on Lumez case research, the CohaVision and Law Votering team have uncovered and presented documented arguments and living witnesses who speak of the manipulated file.
They also talk about Lumez's own statement that he did not have the exam when he was competing for court engagement immediately after the war. At no time has the authenticity of the signing of Djordje Aksic been disputed.
Aksic's confirmation serves as evidence of the authenticity of the signing found in Lumez's certificate.
Confirmation says: At the request of Lumez Alexander from Pristina, with full responsibility I give this statement:
“Certificate for passing Judicature exam 02.152-121-1990 on 06.05.1991, which has been given to me, in which it writes that Alexander Lumez from Pristina, d. 25.04.1991 passed the Judicature exam, I signed it”.
The investigation has shown that the certificate was issued the day before Alexander Lumez completed the Jurisprudence exam, which according to the basic file, occurred on April 26, 1991.
Furthermore, in this confirmation writes that “According to the Commission's report on passing a Judicature exam, the district secretary for Judicature has been authorized to sign certificates for Judicature exams”.
This confirmation has been swimming in Belgrade by swimmer Dejan Radulovic's intern, authorising.
Otherwise, during researching the archive of official newspapers, it turns out that Djordje Axiqi was named on July 19th 1990 by the Parliament of the Socialist Republic of Serbia, in the position of Kosovo's District Secretary for Jurisprudence and Administration of the Autonomous Socialist District.
By that appointment, Akek had been deputy chairman of Kosovo's KSA Parliament Executive Council. Djordje Aksic's appointment had signed, Republika Srpska Speaker Zoran Sokolovic.
