The price for flour and bread will not change. So has announced, Trade and Industry Minister Bajram Hasani, during reporting to the Parliamentary Commission for Economic Development.
Hasan has been countering the question of former account minister Hykmete Bajrami, why no grain decision has yet been made, reports Online Economy.
“With Anti-damping law allowed to take such a measure, we received a minimum price of four cents. Of course, before we decide we invited the miller's association and asked them for vows that there would be no rising price. In my decision, I have allowed this issue to be followed in terms of the price movement. We dare not measure even the wheat because the price of bread may increase. In addition to reacting to us, the Serbian minister has also had Kosovo Assembly deputies reacting to flour. Someone may be touching them, but we are determined to take all the actions that support local production and that are in the country's interest”, Hasani stressed.
On the other hand, MP from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Hykmete Bajrami hopes the remaining projects will be continued by the Minister of Trade and Industry.
