LDK still fights for Arba Abrash, that's what it says now

Gazmend Muharnier, a member of the LDK leadership, has said that this party is not understanding why Vetevendosje is refusing to recount the runoff vote in Pristina.

Vetevendosje's Shpend Ahmeti won more than 365 votes than LDK's Arba Abrashi, while this party says it has its doubts in the counting process and adds that it wants the recount to have an acceptable LDK result.

“We think our candidate Abrashi's right to recount the vote has been violated. A democratic right to see if victory is what it is. We cannot understand the VV's fears of recounting votes. It's an open process and normally you can't accept results when there are doubts. If they were sure of the victory, they wouldn't have any hesitation in recounting the votes to get an acceptable result from our”, Mujarri said after the LDK leadership meeting.

As for Istog, the LDK thinks it's a criminal process. There he won the AAK's Gani Dresey after counting the conditional vote, where he received the majority to reverse the outcome against LDK's Haki Rugova.
