Labi congratulates those two candidates who won the race

AKR MP Labinot Tahiri has congratulated Ferizaj's new chairman from the PDK, Agim Aliu for today's victory.
Tahiri, apart from Aliu, also congratulated Agim Bahtiri for his second victory in Mitrovica.
