KMDLNj urges review of EULEX political judgments

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms through a response has said the recent resignation of EULEX Judge Chairman Malcolm Simmons, who accuses it EULEX for corruption and politicisation is a given opportunity to review all cases of trial allegedly [...]

KMDLNj is sure that EULEX internationals would not be able to commit this crime against justice without local assistance, so it is required to investigate the sexistism of several lawyers and others mediating in the sale of innocence by EULEX, and the elimination of guilt for high-level crime incidents.

Even some investigators and now Simmons have claimed that <x1 Limaj” is a political case and that this case has been devised that, through the set trial process, Mr. Limaj (and others from other processes) will be punished and eliminated from the political scene. KMDLNj seeks from Simmons and other critics to publicise the fact that who has ordered Mr. Limaj and the other convicts through unfair and newborn judicial processes so that justice can be established in the country and rehabilitated persons publicly lynching and lynching”, it is said in response.

KMDLNY response:

Has it turned? ELEX mission for differentiation and political executions

After a completely failed mission like W NMIC, decision-makers demanded another mission, especially in the area of rule of law that calculated capital failure UNMIK ? The new, very costly mission was supposed to be founded on <x0 malpractices of the preliminary malpractice mission”, promising to establish the efficiency of the judiciary, strengthening law and rule of law through consolidation of the local judicial system. For this reason, it was publicly declared an advisory and monitoring mission and, as a shame, accepted some very rare cases where executive power would exist, while, in reality, EULEX in Kosovo was 100% decisionmaker in Kosovo's legal and political puppet theatre. Exhausted and desperate with UNMIK, which most considered Serbian partners, Kosovo citizens harbored high expectations and expectations on the mission EULEX (the so-called law-rule mission in Kosovo) is emerging to be a completely failed mission, and which the law (right) is misusing, not to establish and share justice, but to differentiate and eliminate important political figures, primarily of the power of war.

The start of this mission was described with an unusual show, under a bridge in the industrial area, where they offered a strip show, genturing UNMIK uniforms and wearing EULEX uniforms. In reality, the overwhelming portion of the prosecutorial, judicial and administrative staff was converted into EULEX and thus provided large wages, comprehensive immunity and life-long life, as if they were Fellin actors in Dolce Vita.

In an environment where corruption became an identifying mark, where wealth made by corruption and crime focused on several individuals and their families, where poverty became a success and the disaster of most of Kosovo's citizens, where nepotism became standard moral and where tenders were divided among those mentioned by destroying businesses and economic development, EULEX's promise that it would arrest the great “ ” had broad support and aroused hopes that a rule in Kosovo society would be established by condemning perpetrators and creating space for them to live from their work.

Rial, E ULEX, from the very beginning, testified that it is the continuation of UNMIK's deterioration. Mostly, it was received and caused propagandistic effects that covered the evils within itself and, providing certain media “with reliable materials” created conditions for public links of certain persons who were then arrested by organising judicial maratonic processes and being unable to provide sufficient evidence after which it issued judicial decisions where, in some cases, there were flagrant violations of the rights of convicted persons.

Dozens of cases are known when employees within the mission claimed abuses and violations of the law on the part of EULEX, but these testimonies were either silenced or marginalised by dismissing them or by opening up internal investigations to criminals of these abuses. The recent resignation of EULEX Court Chairman Malcolm Simmons, who accuses this mission of corruption and politicisation, is a good opportunity and is based on the request for review of all cases of judgments allegedly taken under political influence and orders, as well as corruption. Even some investigators and now Mr. Simmons have claimed that the <x0st Limaj” is a political case and that this case has been devised that, through the set judicial process, Mr. Limaj (and others from other processes) will be punished and eliminated from the political scene. This is the method of political differentiation that has been based on the former Yugoslavia, Serbia, the communist states, but it appears these states are emerging amateurs compared to political assembly and the defamities of UNMIK and EULEX.

That's why, KMDLNj requests from Mr. Simmons and other critics publicize the fact that who ordered Mr. Limaj and the other convicts through unfair and butrified court processes so that justice can be established in the country and rehabilitate people who are publicly singled out. Mr. Case of Judgment. Limaj, as well as several other cases, following Mr. Simmons and others, The KMDLNj does not consider fair judgments, politically undisputed, just, and therefore decisions will be incredible and unfair, contrary to human rights and all international and national documents guaranteeing fair judgments.

KMDLNj is sure that EULEX internationals would not be able to commit this crime against justice without local assistance, so it is required to investigate the sexistism of several lawyers and others mediating in the sale of innocence by EULEX, and the elimination of guilt for high-level crime incidents. These cases had been mentioned earlier. For KMDLNI is unacceptable the transformation of EULEX, from the Law rule mission, to the elite unit for political elimination through misuse of the mandate.
