The court has heard that between May 25th and June 24, 1995, police and the Serbian Army arrested 260-400 UN military observers (UNMOs). Some were bound by chains or handcuffs, including in targets outside strategic military sites. He told others that they would be killed if NATO will launch air strikes.
The court found that Serbs led by Mladic have committed crimes of genocide, persecution, extermination, murder and inhumanisation of compulsory transfer were committed against Bosnian Muslims in Srebrenica.
