The Constitutional Court in Pristina has approved the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention move against indictees Lulzim Idrizi, due to suspicion given that he committed a serious murder by Article 179 pars. 1 points 1.11 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code and criminal work keeping ownership, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons by Article 374 pars. 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The defendants, Idrizi, have been assigned detention measures in length of 1 (one) month, starting on a date. 19,11,2017 to dt.19.12,2017.
The court has found that the request for the appointment of the detention measure to indictees L.I is adequate and necessary at this phase of the criminal procedure, for ensuring the defendant's presence in criminal procedure and the unhindered development of the procedure.
The defendant is a citizen of the Republic of Albania, and is suspected of having suffered a life deprivation of Eron Agaj and Arian Gashi in Pristina, and with these acts allegedly committed a serious murder by Article 179 money. 1 points 1.11 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The same was on the run from dt.29.08,2017 to dt.19.11.2017, when he himself appeared to the police.
The side is eligible against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal, the media communiqué said.
