Haziri on the “Debat D” show RTV Dukaagjini has said a phenomenon of dead voters who were forgotten in Kosovo has returned, according to him, back in the run-off elections in Istog.
“We have found cases where certificates of death were issued in civilian service, while voter registers are post office voters. The other is that accounts have been opened on behalf of dead persons, and then request has been made to the CEC, for voting from abroad, with such a request approved. We have cases where the code was taken and the person voted in the name of someone who died 10 years ago. We've found the quarterifkat of death and the gravestone, where that person is buried”, added Haziri.
According to him, we have voters from outside Istog who voted in two or three centres.
The first “is the Maribor centre in Slovenia and a city in Montenegro, and all voters from these cities have voted from an address. We have verified that people who voted in Montenegro live in Luxembourg. This prepared scenario is a machine that needs to be unscrew by the end of”, Haziri added.
