Haradinaj, while in opposition, rejected this agreement aloud but now holding the post of prime minister, is the address in which international and local factors have already reached the requirements to approve the document signed in 2015 by former Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, who has recently called for the agreement with Montenegro to ratify.
