This, Rugova says there have been many irregularities in the ballot by mail, which makes Dresey victorious, as prior to the arrival of these winning votes was Hakki Rugova.
“totally, the votes that line by post are irregular. Votes that have affected the outcome. Elections have come by mail on behalf of dead people”, Rugova has declared the Klan Kosovo.
“There are irregularities in downtown Montenegro, Austria and Slovenia. This was seen the day they arrived. This process is manipulated and I am the mayor of the municipality, I have received the mandate for chairmanship and such behaviour as this”, he said.
