This is the government's response after the sharp criticism of the US Embassy

The government of Kosovo considers the American Embassy's response to and its claims regarding the report of the new Commission for Demarketing before the Parliamentary Commission for European Integration. However, in the Government of Kosovo, they expect the border issue with Montenegro to be closed after presenting the broad report by the [ ...] commission.

However, in the Government of Kosovo, they expect the issue of the border with Montenegro to be wrapped up following the presentation of the wide report by the new government commission, at the helm of which is former Kosovo Assembly President Speed Bulqi.

So has made it known about “Gazeta Blic” government spokesman Halil Matoshi.

“I understand the international partners' concerns on the issue, and we also consider that addressing the issue of demarcation from the start of the Haradinaj Government's work has been done in order to resolve the issue. The Commission for State Border Marking and Maintaining is expected soon to present a report with its findings, and once the same is assessed and analysed will be processed further to complete the” process, Matosi has said.

Unlike yesterday's reaction, the US Embassy in Kosovo calls on Kosovo institutions to work to promote citizens' interests on this issue, saying that Kosovo politicians should look beyond personal party interests and party policy, and focus on citizens' needs by ratifying the existing agreement as quickly as possible.
