Through an announcement on the Embassy's official page, it becomes known that in working visas for Germany from November 1st, there has begun to be a difference between employment according to Employment Rule 26 articles 2 and the beginning of other qualifying employment (the EU blue card, skills, etc.).
“From now becoming a difference between employment according to Employment Adjusts ė 26 articles 2 and the beginning of other qualifying employment (the EU blue card, skills, etc). Please make sure you choose the right category. Unfortunately, if you have submitted the request to the wrong category, we must refuse entry into the visa office”, the announcement said.
On the other hand, Germany's Embassy reports that “so far has been recommended that for presuming visa application for start-up employment under the employment arrangement of 26 articles 2, ask for permission of work at Federal Labour Agency”.
This procedure will be completed on November 1, 2017. The Federal Labour Agency will always be included in the visa procedure from now on, the Embassy reports.
Germany's embassy has also announced that “preferences issued by German authorities until November 1st 2017 remain valid, but they are not addressed as priorities during the terms' appointment. ”
