Following the trial where VV activists have been sentenced to 21 years in prison, Frasher Krasniqi lawyer Tome Gashi said this is a massacre in justice.
According to Gashi, even though despite all the evidence this court has decided to sentence it to cover the Astrit Dehar murder and that it is 24 hours before the elections.
It's not a legal sense of how this jury doesn't trust its expertise. We're dealing with a completely political case. This is a legal massacre. It is our duty to file complaints and this political issue can be regulated by political pressure. They have been convicted without any evidence”, Gashi said.
Frasher Krasniqi has been sentenced to eight years in prison, Att and Arifi to six years in prison, Egzon Haliti to 5 and Adea Batusha to two years in prison.
