Emergency teams are fully committed to finding four people declared at large. Rescue operations continued without letup even at night in all Athens' periphery areas, which are even the worst hit by floods.
Authorities reported 86 cases of interventions to evacuate residents surrounded by water in residences, businesses, or in vehicles left in the middle of flooded roads. Hundreds are buildings that have become uninhabitable
