Emergency services in Russia said the bomb attack threat at the Bolosoi Theatre in Moscow, which caused the evacuation of thousands, proved false.
False threats were also made yesterday by the Metropol Hotel and the GUM shopping mall at Red Square.
Three teams of police officers with special trackers have controlled the Bolosoi Theatre, as more than 3,500 people were evacuated, due to anxiety about the bomb attack.
During a wave of anonymous threats to bomb attacks from September 10th, tens of thousands of people from schools, shopping centres, theatres, universities, hotels and government buildings have been evacuated in cities across Russia.
No bombs were ever found.
The director of the Federal Security Service in Russia, Alexandr Bortnikov, said earlier that four Russian citizens suspected of organising the wave of anonymous threats to bomb attacks have been identified.
