In an e-mail interview given <x0 Ditore”, he has spoken exclusively about the Government of this mandate, which has broken all records, both from the number of ministers and deputy ministers, as well as from the number of political advisers and other appointees.
“Even under ideal circumstances, with political actors fully trusting one another, artificial division of government resorts, mixed dictatorships and each other's legs, leads to non-efficiency in government, duplication of initiatives, against-uttering policies and general in action”, Pula said. “From a simple organizational point of view, the more complexity an organization has, the higher the cost of co-ordination and therefore the lower the efficiency”.
