“The EU is used to negotiating with obedient politicians, Ramush surprised”

Time group journalist Augustin Palockaj, from Brussels, in an opinion has said that Prime Minister Haradinaj's critical appearance in Brussels has made him feel surprised and offended Mrs. Moghrini.
