Erdogan swears on this issue, assies to feel comfortable

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has once again promised to clean up Turkey's state institutions, where the Religious Terrorist Organisation (FETÖ) is present, saying the ruling Justice and Democracy Party (AKP) will do everything within the limits of the law. “We will clear the state mechanism where they are present. We will clear the state mechanism where they are present. Without this sterilization, our state mechanism will not function peacefully,” said Erdogan addressing the party group The AKP in parliament, reports “Hurriyet Daily Nese”, broadcast Periscopi.

It is now clear how they were organised within our Armed Forces, as organised within our police force, how they infiltrated our state institutions”, he added.

“Now we're in a cleansing period. With the judiciary, we will do everything to use the law that ends them,” added Erdogan.

The president also dismissed criticism that the government's state sweeps after July 2016 have been indiscriminately and have victimised thousands of people who have nothing to do with FET unjustly.

Our computer diagnosed the true face of the gang FET Rancho in December 17-25th”, Erdogan said, referring to the 2013 corruption investigations filed against the government's top figures, resulting in continued hostility between the AKP and Fethullah Gylen, as the main suspect in cases of coup efforts.

Erdogan claimed the corruption probe was part of a “larger co-operation against Turkey”.

“Today we have a clean conscience because we have warned people,” he said. /Periscopi/
