Ermal Hoxha's lawyer, grandson of dictator Enver Hoxha, has demanded the Appeals Court for War Crimes, the innocence for his client deemed part of the folder “Xibraka”.
He argued that Ermal Hoxha had social ties with Genc Gage and that he befriended them to escort Colombians to the factory, where drugs were found. But according to him, his client Hoxha had no information about what was done in that factory and there is no connection to the group he is accused of. According to the lawyer, Ermal Hoxha's case in Germany has been fired.
Lawyers called for a change in the First Stairway verdict and a cut in judgment for the group's Xibraca. The decision will be made at the November 15th session.
