The branches of the Association of Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army for the Dukagjin region have reacted to the sentence handed down to the accused in the Kumanovo case.
In response, it is said to be terrible how in the 20th century human rights are violated in a set-up political-trial process.

“Today at the Constitutional Court in Skopje was confirmed once again that despite political changes in Macedonia, nothing has changed in relation to the anti-Albanian policy the Macedonian state is pursuing...
We are terrified of how it might be that in the 21st century, national and human rights are so terribly violated in a set-up political-trial process, as happened today in Skopje and no one will act, no one prevent it?!
The Drakonic sentence pronounced against 37 accused in the put-up trial process concerning the events of May 9th and May 10, 2015, at the Trimave Law in Kumanovo, many of them our fellow fighters, former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the National Liberation Army, were sentenced to life imprisonment, and others with about 8 centuries of imprisonment are unfair and unacceptable.
Therefore, we call on the Albanian political factor in Macedonia to assume its responsibilities regarding the protection of the rights of Albanians in Macedonia, we call on Albanian political factors in Albania and Kosovo, we call on the international factor to intervene in Macedonia, that this assembled judicial process, involving the Macedonian secret services, Macedonia's highest state-run circles, but also certain state-run Serb-run circles, take a fair epilogue and white in the entire case of Kumanovo, and all other cases assembled political cases brought against Albanians, and once and permanently intercutted anti-human campaigns against the Albanian people in Macedonia.
Therefore, the neighbouring state if it wants to exist must urgently reconsider its chauvinist actions against the Albanian people, which constitute less than half of the country's total population, so it must deal with dignity. We do not want Macedonia to become the scene of clashes due to unilateral justice due to Serbia's influence or interference in Macedonian courts.
We let everyone know that we will leave no stone unturned to protect the rights of our fellow fighters unjustly condemned.
Justice for Deliverers, today because it may once be late! ”
