The Constitutional Court in Pristina today announced the verdict against the accused in connection with the murder in “Albi Mall” in 2015.

The fourth defendant was also convicted of helping commit theft that ended with murder.

The court sentenced Leutrim Sadik to a unique sentence of 20 years and 6 months in prison, Liridon Beckham to 17 years and 6 months in prison, Rescue Cacol to 15 years in prison, and Andan Rexhepi to 4 years and 6 months in prison.

The four will also be counted in detention time.

Under this security measure Cakoli stayed from April 8, 2015, Liridon Bekka of Leutr Sadiku from April 10th in 2015, while Aydini Rexhepi from April 4th that year.

The court also decided to seize the weapon by the number Ev1341927 as a means by which criminal acts were committed, while the X5 FALM vehicle was returned to the owner.

According to the indictment, Riding Calcoli, Liridon Beka, Leutrim Sadiku were accused of predatory theft at the “Don Café”, at “Albi Mall”, which resulted in a clash that killed Nazmi Ramadani.

The fourth indictee, Andan Rexhepi, according to the prosecution was in the driver's role and accused of helping carry out the work.
