However, as he says, Pristina does not implement the agreements reached in Brussels. In addition, Dacic demanded that the Association of Serbian municipalities be implemented without delay.
In his speech to the ambassadors of Security Council members, Daciq called for changing UNMIK's mandate, in terms that the presence of the UN mission is vital for building and improving stability and security, as well as for building confidence between communities in Kosovo, reports “b92”, Periskopi broadcasts.
“I have to say that after nearly four and a half years, there is no progress in implementing the obligations undertaken in connection with the establishment of the Serbian Communist Association as a key part of the First Agreement on normalisation of relations, which, to our surprise, is not even mentioned in the report, is the most important issue for us, which should contribute to improving the interests of Serbs in Kosovo,” said Daq.
He said Serbia “s earlier is strongly and sincerely committed to dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, led by EU mediation”.
Despite the many suspicions, criticisms and challenges we face in this process, Serbia has demonstrated its constructiveness and readiness to find compromise solutions, which are not easy to task for, Dacic said./Periscopi/
