She wrote that at a meeting she had with the commander of “Republika Srpska” in 1993 she asked him if he could be charged with war crimes.
Ammanpour has said he has managed to meet with Mladic a year after joining Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as sharing several words with him.
The Hague tribunal yesterday sentenced Ratko Mladic to life imprisonment after he was charged with crimes in Srebrenica.
