A person has been hit with axes in the village of Kabash of the Year, causing bodily injuries.
The initially injured N.A. from Gjilan has stated that he was once shot by a firearm by the suspect then fired by his son.
The victim has claimed that the aggressors are known for it.
His condition is out of danger for life as he lies in the regional emergency of Gjilan.
And suspect L. M has been arrested by police, while the other suspect, T.M., is still on the run.
The random motive is believed to be a first fight several months ago, while Klan Kosova learns that the event took place about 6 and 30am after a dog race.
The case for Klan has also been confirmed by police spokesman for the Gjilan region, Ismet Hashani.
