It is said that a meeting of Balkan mayors took place in a Podgorica hotel in October, at the invitation of the CIA. The heads of intelligence services from Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina were there.
All these together reports are aimed at fighting Serbia's recent connection with Russia.
