“Politicians lie, but numbers cannot lie, you see America's decline and China's progress, trend is undeniable, American middle-income families were reduced from 61 percent in 1971 to 50 percent today, and China grew from five percent in 2000, shortly before entering the World Trade Organization to almost 35 percent today, ” said Ceele for “RT” Transmission Periscope.
Beijing has pledged to invest in its economic future, which may be confirmed by President Xi Ying's speech at China's National Communist Party Congress in October this year, the analyst notes.
“Kina is investing in its future, from technology to electric vehicles to accelerate the development of the Internet and advanced production and innovation companies, to foreign purchases of ports, industries and airports at “One Belt One Road Initiative”, so it is on the fast track to become the master of economic globalisation,” wrote Ceele.
While China is focused on economic growth and the prosperity of its citizens, the situation remains different in the United States.
“Trump has remained loyal to his vows about expanding the wars throughout the Middle East, Afghanistan and Africa. On the other hand, President XI has put the Chinese economy in motion as the primary one, where he also spoke of modernising national defence and armed frica will be completed in 2035,” he added.
As the Chinese economy grows to 6.5 per cent to 7 per cent annually, the US is stuck in the range of two to 2.5 per cent, Clente predicts China will become the largest economy within 10 years./Periscopi/
