An 11 - month - old boy died of heart attack in 2015, which, according to studies, has been caused by the high level of marijuana in his body.
The case has been published for the first time in August, and has sparked much debate over the unusual discovery of doctors. According to the study, the boy lived in an unstable environment, but he had previously been healthy.
The boy had a high concentration of THC in his blood, more than is lawful for adults. THC causes happy conditions, often resting human muscles. Colorado has been legalised since 2012, but if the case is confirmed, the government will no longer allow consumption.
