In some of the 19 municipalities where the second round of mayoral elections in Kosovo is held, including major centres like Pristina and Prizren, the percentage of candidates is narrow.
In Pristina, Vetevendosje Movement candidate Shpend Ahmeti has won 50,19 meanwhile, the candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Arbani, has won 49,82. Meanwhile, Vetevendosje candidate in Prizren Mytaher Haskuka has already won 50.32 per cent of his counter-Candidate from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Shacir Totaj, has won 49,68 of the vote.

Counting the votes on bail has not yet been disclosed when it will be made by the Central Election Commission.
Meanwhile, the right to vote and exploit 517,360 out of 1 million 353 thousand and 613 citizens with the right to vote.
The second round of elections for mayor of municipalities from the Central Election Commission and from the coalition of non-governmental organisations '%Democracy in Action has been praised calmly and without any irregularities, which would violate the integrity of the elections.
Shutting down locations
The State Prosecutor through a communiqué for the media has made it known that 23 cases related to the election process that has been conducted today have been reported throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
After obtaining information and verifying them from prosecutors across the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, it turns out that out of 23 reported cases, 7 persons have been interviewed, 6 of them have been released because there have been no elements of any criminal work related to the election process”, the State Prosecutor's Media report said.
Ambassador of the United States of America to Kosovo Greg Delaway has named the second round of local elections democratic.
The common solutions to minor irregularities are a good sign for Kosovo's growing democracy. We welcome co-operation with elected officials in order to make progress in Kosovo”, Ambassador Delawi wrote on Twitter.
Also, Kosovo institutions' leaders have praised citizens for a calm and democratic process.
Votes for Second Local Election Circle
Elections in Kosovo have been observed by more than 12,000 observers from political parties, non-governmental organisations, from the European Union, as well as the accredited embassies in Pristina.

Independent candidates in 2 municipalities
