PZAP has rejected candidate Antoneta Hulaj (LDK) complaint in Decani, which has filed complaints against political subject The LDK, due to voting irregularities. It has sought to establish verification and audit at polling stations in Decan, in Carrrabreg, in Drenoc, Strellc of the Low and Isnjq. The panel has rejected Hulaj's complaint about the simple reason because the complaint has not been signed.
PZAP has agreed on October 25th to a complaint by the ghetto Bislimi (PDK) in Prizren, which claims that on October 22nd at three votes have been changed, this is because after counting votes and climbing to FPR at classroom doors the votes of family and friends who have completely changed to FPR. The panel has found that the complaint has been premature, as it must take place after announcing final results from the CEC.
PZAP has also dismissed Miranda Lusaj (PDK)'s complaint in Gjakova against the Local Council due to voting irregularities. Lusaj claims that at polling stations at the school “Hajdar Dusi”, at the school “Mustafa Bakija”, at the school “YII Morina: At the school “sperziria Rex7>, in the village of Kradzhin, Demaj, Bec, Scheremetaj, Piscot and Jabele lack votes where family voters have voted. PZAP has also rejected Bekim Ibishi's complaint in Skenderaj against the commissioners, due to lack of votes. Even in this case, the panel has concluded that the complaint should take place after declaring final results.
PZAP has also rejected the Vetvendosje Movement complaint in Drenas, which complains about lack of votes. The LVV claims that on October 24th, about 16th, in the results form of candidates for members of the Drenas Municipal Assembly have been noted several misusings and corrections during the vote number markings, and, as a result, they feel that misuse has been made during the vote count where the LVV candidates have been written smaller numbers of votes than they had. PZAP claims this complaint cannot be addressed at this stage.
