The Constitutional Court in Pristina, on January 22, 2013, Jabir Mendzic had sentenced him to 40 years in prison, Ramadan Osmani to 25 years in prison, Besnik Brahim to 23 years in prison, Afrem Kaluldra to 21 years in prison, while Adem Shabanin was released from charges in absence of evidence, but this subject had returned to retrial by the Court of Appeals that had approved defence complaints.

The accused have also attempted to deprive the injured man of life, Maliq Rasica, and have also risked his wife's life, Sheshed Rasica.

According to the prosecution, until their late son-in-law Mensur Rasica drove, accused Ali Mendjiqi and Ramadan Osmani with cars are on guard, blocking his path and forcing him to stop.

Also, Ali Mendjiqi, Ramadan Osmani, and Adem Shabani, who are close to Rajica's car, have come out of the cars, while Africa Caluldra and Besnik Brahimi were waiting in the car.
