A citizen of Gjakova has been accompanied to the police for the work of photographing the vote.
The polling surveyer in Gjakova, Naser Lajqi from the NGO “Vision System”, which operates under Democracy in Action for Election Observation, has said of the KOHA group's correspondent, that the case was registered at the “Yll Morina” elementary school.
About 4: 00 p.m., he's got a photo of a vote in Class 06 of the school, and he's got his cell phone <x0 Morina's cell phone, said Lajqi.
