Bail votes HINA LDK may lose its bastion

According to data on the official website of the Central Election Commission, the candidate of the Kosovo Democracy League for chairman for Istog, Haki Rugova, is leading by 671 votes.
The current head of the municipality has received 9,247 votes in the race in front of his counter-Candidate from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo ranks, Gani Dresaj. The AAK candidate has received 8,576 votes, according to the CEC.
There is a mathematical possibility that the 671 vote gap between Rugova and Dresaj will be reversed in the best interests of the AAK candidate. It's 407 votes on bail, and 1,334 votes in the mail.
The CEC has said that within a few days the number of conditional votes will begin, of persons with special needs as well as of votes through mail.
