Pristina has had very bad financial governance, and that is most unforgivable.
So has the LDK candidate for Pristina, Arban Abrashi, who has called governance unforgivable as he has said Shpend Ahmeti's financial evil.
He at a media conference spoke of financial management of the Pristina municipality under the rule of Shpend Ahmeti, stressing that 2017 has found the capital's budget lower than it was at the beginning of his mandate.
But such a thing days ago denied Shpend Ahmeti at local Analysis, saying Arba Abashi is afraid to confront him directly.
Abrashi has cancelled television debates until the runoff campaign, arguing in various ways.
According to him, during the four years of Pristina municipality governance by Vetevendosje and Shpend Ahmeti, the planned budget, including year-on-year carriers, has been around 306m euros, while that amount has been spent 233m euros and exceeded 72m euros.
