Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj (as a fierce opponent of the current version) shortly after he came to the helm of the executive appointed a new Commission for Demarkation, since he considered that the current version is fallible, Zeri writes.
Despite that, Haradinaj warned a few days ago that the demarcation could end in Arbitrazh unless a solution is found.
But opposition came immediately from President Hashim Thaci, who demanded that this agreement be ratified as soon as possible. Thaci also sharply criticised the leaders of the new Commission for Marking the Border, which he described as manipulated of the public. Not wanting to comment at all on the president's statements, representatives of this commission vowed to bring facts even if they are painful.
And the opposition praised that Thaci is insisting on ratifying this agreement since it is the very signatory of the current version...
